1.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Rise Home is not the owner, seller, builder, broker, supplier, worker, lender, investor or other provider represented on the platform.
1.6 Builders, Sellers, Brokers, Material Suppliers, Workers, Investors, Affiliates and other commercial participants may operate independently on Rise Home. Their prices, availability, products, property information, services, qualifications, claims, offers, business terms and delivery commitments remain their responsibility unless Rise Home expressly assumes responsibility for a particular service.
1.7 Rise Home aims to provide useful, accurate and current information. However, information supplied by third parties may change, be incomplete or contain errors. Users should independently verify material information before making financial, property, construction, employment, investment or other important decisions.
1.8 Rise Home does not guarantee that a listing, enquiry, lead, contact, subscription, Featured placement, Premium service, advertising campaign or other platform activity will result in a sale, purchase, employment, investment return, loan approval, transaction, profit or other commercial outcome.
1.9 Paid services provide the stated platform service or access. They do not guarantee results, including leads, enquiries, sales, purchases, approvals, rankings, visibility outcomes, conversions, revenue or return on investment.
1.10 By accessing or using Rise Home, creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing a service, subscribing to a plan, making an enquiry or otherwise using the platform, the user agrees to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable Rise Home policies.
2.1 Users must be legally permitted to use Rise Home and to enter into any activity they conduct through the platform.
2.2 Users must create and use accounts for legitimate purposes only. Deceptive, abusive, fraudulent or manipulative account creation is prohibited.
2.3 Users are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, submitting information, creating listings, making enquiries or using Rise Home services.
2.4 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts, subject to applicable law.
2.5 Users must honestly represent their role, identity, business, authority and relationship to any listing, service, product, property or opportunity on the platform.
2.6 Users must not falsely represent another person, business, professional role, organization, property owner, builder, supplier, worker, broker, investor, affiliate or other participant.
2.7 Rise Home may require verification depending on the user role, listing, service, commercial activity, payment activity, risk level or applicable legal requirement.
2.8 Rise Home may restrict, suspend or terminate abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unauthorized or harmful accounts to protect users, marketplace participants and the platform ecosystem.
2.9 Free accounts and free access remain free where the applicable role's approved free model allows it. Free access does not mean unlimited access to every feature, service or commercial capability.
2.10 Users must comply with these Terms, applicable policies, applicable law and reasonable platform instructions connected with account use.
3.1 The person or business creating a listing is responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness and current status of that listing.
3.2 Listings may include properties, projects, products, services, worker profiles, investment opportunities, partnership opportunities, advertisements and other marketplace content.
3.3 Listings must not contain false, misleading, materially incomplete, outdated or intentionally deceptive information.
3.4 Listing owners should update, correct or remove listings when important information changes, including availability, price, status, stock, service availability, project information, ownership information or other material details.
3.5 Duplicate listings, fake listings, manipulative listings, misleading titles, keyword stuffing, artificial enquiries, fake engagement and manipulation of reviews or ratings are prohibited.
3.6 Listings and platform content must not contain illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, malicious, spam-related or otherwise prohibited content.
3.7 Users must not intentionally use Rise Home systems to bypass applicable contact or lead charges, subscription restrictions, VAS rules, payment requirements, security controls, technical limits or legitimate platform controls.
3.8 Reviews, ratings and other user content must be genuine and must not be fabricated, paid for in a misleading manner, created for transactions that never occurred or used to manipulate competitors or marketplace outcomes.
3.9 Rise Home may review listings, request corrections, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend listings, reject prohibited content or take action against accounts where reasonably necessary under these Terms, applicable policies or applicable law.
3.10 Payment for Featured, Premium, Advertising or any other paid service does not guarantee approval of content and does not exempt a listing, account, business or user from Rise Home marketplace rules, verification requirements or applicable law.
4.1 A user may submit an enquiry about a property, builder, project, material, product, broker listing, worker, service, investment opportunity or other applicable Rise Home listing.
4.2 An enquiry is a request for information or communication. It does not automatically create a contract, purchase, booking, employment relationship, investment relationship or transaction.
4.3 Rise Home may provide different levels of enquiry information depending on user permissions, account type, subscription, applicable VAS, lead/contact purchase, privacy settings and platform rules.
4.4 Where Rise Home charges for access to a lead or contact, the applicable fee provides access to the information or functionality expressly described by Rise Home. It does not guarantee a response, conversion, sale, purchase, financial qualification or completed transaction.
4.5 Where Rise Home defines a commercial event as a single qualified lead/contact unlock, the platform should not unintentionally charge the participant twice for the same defined access event.
4.6 Users may communicate through Rise Home's supported communication tools. Communication must be lawful, relevant, respectful and connected to legitimate platform use.
4.7 Users must not use Rise Home communications for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, unsolicited bulk messages, illegal activity, malicious links or code, or abuse of another user's personal information.
4.8 Contact information obtained through an enquiry, lead access, paid contact unlock, transaction or professional interaction must be handled responsibly and must not be sold, publicly published, improperly redistributed, scraped or added to unrelated marketing databases without appropriate lawful basis or consent.
4.9 Users may decline communication, stop responding, block or report another user where supported, or withdraw from a conversation where appropriate. A user's refusal to communicate must be respected.
4.10 Rise Home may process or review relevant communication and activity information where legally permitted and reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling, security or platform integrity, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4.11 Legitimate off-platform business is not prohibited. However, intentional manipulation, exploitation or circumvention of Rise Home's paid access controls, security controls or platform systems is prohibited.
5.1 Rise Home may provide certain services and platform capabilities without charge according to each role's approved free model.
5.2 A service being free does not mean every feature, limit, commercial capability or related service for that role is free or unlimited.
5.3 Rise Home may offer subscription plans that provide additional platform capabilities such as listings, products, contact or lead access, analytics, enquiry management, business tools, promotional capabilities or other features stated for that plan.
5.4 A subscription provides access to the capabilities included in that subscription. It does not guarantee leads, enquiries, sales, purchases, employment, investment returns or any other commercial outcome.
5.5 Pricing, billing period, included capabilities, applicable limits, applicable taxes and renewal terms where applicable should be disclosed before purchase.
5.6 No user should be charged a subscription fee without the applicable purchase or confirmation process.
5.7 Applicable taxes may be added to displayed prices where required and should be communicated before payment where applicable.
5.8 Where a subscription is recurring, the applicable billing frequency, renewal terms and amount will be disclosed before the user confirms the subscription.
5.9 Upgrade, downgrade, renewal, cancellation, unused-period treatment, credits and refunds may be governed by applicable subscription terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.10 Some Rise Home services may be charged separately from subscriptions, including lead/contact access, opportunity posting, Featured placement, Premium services, Advertising and other VAS.
5.11 Featured, Premium and Advertising remain separate revenue streams unless a particular subscription expressly includes a stated promotional benefit.
5.12 Where a role has a pay-per-contact or pay-per-lead model, the applicable fee will be displayed before the user confirms the charge.
5.13 Material Supplier transaction or service charges may apply to qualifying transactions where applicable and will be governed by applicable commercial terms.
5.14 Investor posting and qualified-lead charges may exist as separate pay-per-use services and do not require an Investor subscription unless separately stated.
5.15 Rise Home may use third-party payment service providers or gateways. Payment may be subject to gateway processing, authentication, banking availability, network availability, authorization and fraud or security checks.
5.16 A payment attempt being initiated does not necessarily mean that payment has successfully completed.
5.17 If a payment fails, is declined, remains pending, is reversed or is refunded, the corresponding service or access may not be activated, may be restricted or may be adjusted according to applicable payment and refund rules.
5.18 Rise Home may maintain records relating to subscriptions, purchases, invoices, payments, refunds and transaction references, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
5.19 Rise Home may update pricing, plans, limits, features and commercial terms from time to time with appropriate notice.
5.20 Rise Home does not require a user to purchase a subscription merely to create an account or access features that are expressly provided as free. Where a specific capability requires payment, Rise Home should identify that requirement before access or purchase.
6.1 Featured, Premium and Advertising services are separate commercial services from Rise Home subscriptions unless a particular subscription expressly includes a stated promotional benefit.
6.2 The commercial model remains: subscription equals capability, Featured equals visibility, Premium equals enhanced service, and Advertising equals promotional reach.
6.3 Rise Home may offer Featured placement for eligible properties, builder projects, products or other approved listings. Featured placement may provide additional visibility or promotional positioning within designated areas of Rise Home.
6.4 Featured placement does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of views, enquiries, leads, sales, transactions or other commercial result.
6.5 Rise Home may define the placement location, duration, eligibility, price, available inventory and display format for each Featured service.
6.6 Premium services may provide enhanced commercial or platform services beyond ordinary listing visibility, including enhanced presentation, promotional treatment, business tools, priority service features, additional exposure or other specifically described benefits.
6.7 Premium entitlements should be specified when the particular Premium service is offered.
6.8 Rise Home may offer advertising opportunities on the Rise Home website, mobile application, designated platform sections or other approved Rise Home digital properties.
6.9 Advertising purchases should disclose relevant start date, duration, placement, format, price and limitations before purchase or confirmation.
6.10 Promotional services do not guarantee impressions, clicks, enquiries, leads, conversions, sales, bookings, customers, revenue or return on investment.
6.11 Payment does not automatically require Rise Home to publish promotional content. Promotional content remains subject to Rise Home content, marketplace, legal, technical and quality requirements.
6.12 Rise Home may reject, request correction, pause, remove or restrict promotional content that does not meet applicable requirements.
6.13 A Featured, Premium or Advertising purchase does not exempt a listing, account or business from these Terms, verification requirements, marketplace rules or applicable law.
6.14 Promotional inventory and placement are subject to availability, category restrictions, geographic availability, campaign availability, duration and technical specifications.
6.15 Advertisers and customers are responsible for ensuring that promotional materials supplied to Rise Home are accurate, lawful, authorized, non-infringing and not misleading.
6.16 Featured or Premium placement does not guarantee permanent, exclusive or fixed positioning unless the purchased service expressly states otherwise.
6.17 Rise Home may change prices, packages, availability, duration, placement options and commercial terms for Featured, Premium, Advertising and other promotional services from time to time, including with short notice for future purchases, subject to applicable law.
6.18 The price applicable to a new purchase will be the price displayed and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.
6.19 For an already-paid campaign, the confirmed price and agreed service period should be respected, unless the customer requests a change or the service must be modified for legal, security, technical or other exceptional reasons, subject to applicable law.
6.20 Subscription, Lead/Contact, Featured, Premium and Advertising remain distinct commercial models.
7.1 Paid services must clearly disclose applicable purchase terms before confirmation.
7.2 Subscription cancellation generally prevents future renewal where recurring billing applies.
7.3 Cancellation does not automatically terminate the current paid period unless applicable terms or law provide otherwise.
7.4 Pay-per-use services are not automatically refundable merely because the expected commercial result did not occur.
7.5 Invalid or unusable leads or contacts may qualify for review under applicable Lead/Contact VAS Rules or refund policies.
7.6 Duplicate charges should be investigated and appropriately resolved.
7.7 Featured, Premium and Advertising refunds depend on the specific service, campaign status, delivery status and applicable policy.
7.8 Rise Home service failures may qualify for refund, credit, replacement or extension where appropriate under applicable policy and law.
7.9 Pending, failed or reversed payment transactions are handled according to transaction status and applicable payment rules.
7.10 Users retain rights available under applicable law for payment disputes.
7.11 Fraudulent refund requests, abusive chargebacks or payment-dispute misuse may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
7.12 Clear pricing errors may be corrected fairly and according to applicable law.
7.13 Commercial results are not guaranteed, and failure to achieve them does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
8.1 Rise Home may provide verification features for selected users, businesses, listings, projects, products, services, opportunities or other platform activities.
8.2 Verification requirements may differ depending on role, service, risk level, listing type, transaction value, safety considerations, platform requirements or applicable law.
8.3 A Rise Home verification status indicates that specified information or documentation has been reviewed according to the applicable verification process. It does not guarantee the person's conduct, financial position, quality of service, future performance, property ownership, product quality, transaction outcome or other activity.
8.4 Where verification is required or offered, Rise Home may request appropriate information or documents reasonably required for the applicable verification process.
8.5 Requested information may include identity information, business information, registration information, tax or business documents, property-related documents, professional information, bank or payment information and other information reasonably required for the particular verification process.
8.6 Rise Home may introduce additional identity, KYC or verification requirements for Workers or other ecosystem participants in future updates where appropriate.
8.7 Rise Home may introduce different verification levels, categories or indicators where useful for platform trust and safety.
8.8 Users must provide genuine information and documents when verification is requested.
8.9 Users must not submit forged documents, use another person's documents, manipulate verification, misrepresent ownership or impersonate another person or business.
8.10 Fraudulent or manipulated verification attempts may result in account restrictions, removal of verification status, suspension or termination.
8.11 Verification may be reviewed, suspended, removed or made subject to re-verification.
8.12 A verified status applies only to the account, business, listing, project, product, opportunity or service actually covered by the applicable verification process.
8.13 Verification of one account, listing, project or product does not automatically verify all related accounts, listings, projects or products unless the applicable verification process expressly covers them.
8.14 Rise Home may use verification providers, payment providers, identity services, business-information services or other authorized service providers where appropriate, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
8.15 Verification information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
8.16 Rise Home may refuse verification where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, suspicious, non-compliant or otherwise unsuitable under applicable policy.
8.17 Rise Home may display verification status, labels or indicators where appropriate.
8.18 Verification status may change if the underlying information changes, expires, is disputed or is later found to be inaccurate.
8.19 Verification supports trust but does not replace user due diligence.
8.20 Rise Home may update verification processes as the platform, law, safety requirements and trust systems evolve.
